This is the price schedule for broadband internet service of upto 2 Mbs download and 0.5 Mbs upload for standard and upto 3 Mbs download and 1 Mbs upload high speed. We will install the equipment in your home and hook it up to your computer or router, as a courtesy, to get you online. We will also provide e-mail for you if you do not already have e-mail. Customer telephone support is free from 9 am to 9 pm. We reserve the right to charge after that. There is a discount for semi annual and annual payments. We have some towers that are in heavily wooded areas that have special equipment to allow signals to get through the trees that have higher charges.
Once you have internet service we will bill you monthly to you e-mail. We can use one that you already have or one that we assign.
ResNet will provide the first 3 months of free internet customer support. Otherwise it is $50.00 per visit.
An "insurance" option is available for $5.00 per month for one year. This will entitle the customer to two technical support visits per year for no additional cost. Additional technical support visits will be at $25.00 per visit if you are carrying the insurance option. Otherwise it is $50.00 per visit. There are two "insurance" options; one for internet support and one for computer support.
Technical Support:
We provide two types of technical support: wireless broadband internet support and computer technical support. The internet support is for solving problems with our internet service to get you connected or reconnected to the internet. The cost is the normally $50.00 per visit.
The computer technical support is for your computers and LAN and is provided by Attica PC. The computer support is for the repair of your LAN and computer and virus cleaning of your computer either at your home at $50.00 per hour or you can bring it to Attica PC for $40.00 per hour. A typical virus clean is 2 hours. We provide router installation and local area network setup and repair as well.
Payments:
We accept cash, checks, and money orders. We can also arrange direct deposit if desired (please give us a call).
Outages:
We have occasional outages either due to "accidents" etc or to network maintenance. We will attempt to notify our customers of planned outages a few days before the outage. Please call us if you have an outage. We monitor all of our customers connections but sometimes you know there is a problem before we do. The sooner that we know there is a problem the quicker we can repair it. Call us at 765-761-2049 or e-mail us at customerservice@res-net.net if you can.

Terms and Conditions:
Monthly payments are due at the first of the month. If the payment is made 30 days late there is a $10.00 late fee. There is a 30 day grace period for payment before service is suspended. We will send a disconnect notice approximately 15 days before disconnect. You are still responsible for past due amount that you own before disconnect. There is an additional $20.00 hookup fee after suspension. There is a $25.00 fee for a bounced check. After 2 bounced checks we will only accept cash.
